Location: 
It is located in the area known as “Arcángel”, on the east side of the river at the entrance to the historic city centre.

Origin: 
It was built in the 90’s as a magnificent promenade at the entrance to the Arenal area, the site of the famous Feria de Mayo (May Fair) in Cordoba.

Use: 
The very wide promenade is a recreational area with gardens, a restaurant and two large infrastructures, the Shopping Centre and the Nuevo Arcángel Stadium, which are combined with infrastructures to support the river.
