Miraflores Bridge
Location:
The Miraflores Bridge is located in the central part of the Guadalquivir River, at one hundred metres east of the Roman Bridge, at the mouth of San Fernando Street.
Origin:
It was built in 2003 under the direction of the engineers Herrero, Suárez and Casado, who sought the most minimalist design possible so as not to spoil the views of the historic centre of Córdoba.
Use:
The pedestrianisation project planned for the Puente Romano and its surroundings raised the need for another bridge to take on road traffic at this point in the city.
