Location: 
This museum is located in the old Hospital de la Caridad in the Plaza del Potro, which dates back to the end of the 15th century. 

Origin: 
Museum activity began in 1843 with funds coming from the Mendizábal disentailment in 1835. 

Use: 
This historic building houses both the Fine Arts Museum of Cordoba and the Julio Romero de Torres Museum. Nearly all of the works here represent the artistic and intellectual heritage of Cordoban artists from very different periods.
