Andalusian Contemporary Creation Centre
Location:
This modern space for exhibitions and art creation is located in the corner of the Miraflores area next to the Arenal bridge.
Origin:
Designed by architects Fuensanta Nieto and Enrique Sobejano, who won the competition for its design, the complex was inaugurated at the end of 2016 after several years of construction, as well as political and administrative hurdles. The result was a spectacular complex, predominated by construction using concrete in order to create large open spaces that can be combined and where the softness of the lighting gives it a unique personality.
Use:
The space hosts temporary exhibitions for contemporary creations, spaces for workshops, performances, libraries and other complementary services. It is a multidisciplinary building that is well worth visiting, both for the works of art it exhibits and for its architectural uniqueness.
