Location: 
The monument dedicated to the Caliph Al-Hakam II is located in the Campo de los Santos Mártires Square. Its location is quite symbolic, as it has been placed on the land belonging to the old Andalusian Alcazar.

Origin: 
This sculpture, created in homage to the Caliph al-Hakam II, was inaugurated in 1976 and, like other sculptures of famous people in the city, was created by sculptor Pablo Yusti Conejo.
