Bullfighting Museum

Location:
The Bullfighting Museum of Cordoba is located very close to the Cardinal Salazar Hospital and the chapel of San Bartolomé, in what is now the Plaza de Maimónides.

Origin:
The building that houses Cordoba’s Bullfighting Museum collections corresponds to the old Casa de las Bulas, founded in the 16th century. When Antonio Cruz Conde was mayor, the Cordoba City Council bought this stately home with the aim of founding the Municipal Museum of Arts and Crafts of Cordoba, which was inaugurated in 1954. Subsequently, it has undergone several restorations, the last of which was carried out in 2014.
